While many of today’s companies build their businesses on replacing inferior products with more inferior products, and watching employees – and customers – come and go, we take a different approach. Some of our employees have been with us since the beginning, and many have a decade or more under their tool belts. (That adds up to over 300 years of experience!) We think of ourselves as a family.
